How do I order?

Ordering Online may be done in just a few simple steps.

Find the perfect music CD
Check to make sure we have the child's name
Fill in the name
Click the "Submit Order Button"
If you wish to order more CD's, Click the "Continue Shopping" button.
If you are finished shopping, Click the "Go to Payment" button and check out.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, and e-check payments made with PayPal. We also accept money orders.

Is ordering from your company secure?

YES, The payment portion of the shopping cart is guaranteed secure. Your credit card information is entered through a secure server. After processing your order this information is then deleted from the server and not saved or stored in any computer.

I don't see a shopping cart. Is it broken?

If you do not see a shopping cart or the shopping cart malfunctions please email insidethecd@yahoo.com, or call (713) 752-2229 for assistance. Cookies must be enabled for shopping cart to work. Occasionally an error will occur if you are behind a firewall or are using a pop-up blocker.

I am getting an error when entering my credit card information.

Some common reasons for processing errors are:

1) You entered the wrong credit card number or expiration date.
2) You must use the exact address that the credit card bill goes to.
3) You entered the wrong security number - they want the last 3 digits on the back of the card by the signature strip.

Can I send my order by mail?

Yes, if you would like to send your order by mail simply mail a letter with your order information and money order to:

What happens to the information I give?

Any personal information supplied to us for your CD's will be kept confidential. We will not release your name or e-mail address to other parties.

What is the return policy?

Due to the fact that each CD is personalized we do not accept returns. We will however replace any damaged goods within 10 days of purchase.

Can I put more than one child's name in one CD?

No, Each CD only can have one name. All the songs are made for that child.

What if I want more than one copy with the same Name?

We frequently make more than one copy of a CD for our customers. Some people buy copies to have one in the house and one in the car, some also buy for grandparent's house or the day care. Simply change the qty number in the cart.

Do I have to pay more than one shipping charge if I order more than one CD?

Shipping is $3.50 regardless how many CDs you order as long as they are sent to the same address in the USA. If CDs are sent to different addresses, additional shipping charges will apply. Priority Shipping is available for $7.00 for the first 2 CD and an additional $2.00 for more. Express Mail $23.00 for the first 2 CDs and an additional $10.00 for more.

Do you accept international orders?

No, we no longer accept International orders. You can try our friends at Just Me Music for your international orders.

Do I have to pay sales tax ?

Orders shipped to an address within Texas are subject to the appropriate 8.25% Texas sales tax.

Payment must be received before CDs will be mailed.

How long does it take to receive my CD?

Your CDs will be burned and shipped within 1-2 days after payment has been received. For fastest service, please use your credit card. The CDs are shipped Standard Domestic Mail which can take up to 3-5 business days, Priority Mail (2-4 business days) Or Express (1-2 business days). Allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing when determining the actual ship date. These ship times are estimates. We cannot guarantee the speed of US mail. Remember shipping and processing times may be longer during the busy holiday seasons.

How will I know my order has been received?

You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal listing the contents of your order and the total cost. We process and ship the CDs very quickly, so check your confirmation email and let us know if you see something wrong right away. Occasionally some ISP mail servers block these confirmation emails thinking they are SPAM.

What ages are these CDs suitable for?

Most of our CDs are suitable for young children ages 0-8 years old (especially for toddlers and pre-school age children).

How are the CDs made?

All our music was sung live, one name at a time by the actual character performers, and was recorded with the highest professional standards in state-of-the-art recording studios. We burn the CDs on high quality discs and print your personalized labels on a laser printer.

I don't see my child's name.

If you can't find the exact spelling of the name you are looking for, look for a phonetic match. Make sure to check on different spelling possibilities when searching for a name! (Example: Kurt or Curt). Check for the name on a different CD. Each CD title has its own list of names.

Why can't you just record my child's name?

These music CD's were recorded by the actual characters themselves. We do not just computer generate a name and place it into the songs; rather, it takes the real voices of the characters to produce one of our CD's.

Do you ever get more names?

Right now we have over 8,500 names available. This continues to grow regularly. If we don't have your name, you can request it, and we’ll do our best to get it as soon as possible.

I don't spell my child's name the same way it is in the name list.

If the spelling of your name is different than what is in our list, that's okay, we can spell the name any way you like. Just be sure to notate the correct spelling when you order. (Example: Katelin, Kaitlyn, or Catelyn)
